Bug#598645: debian-policy: Switch appendix section for dpkg-buildpackage into a stub
Hi!
Here's a patch switching the dpkg-buildpackage appendix section into a
stub, as it's only documenting (some oudated) stuff that's already
present in the man page.

Subject: [PATCH] Switch appendix section for dpkg-buildpackage into a stub
The section only documents things already present in the man page,
and in cases the documentation is outdated. Just turn it into a stub
pointing to the man page, to avoid renumbering issues.
