Which is not the debian-policy package.  :)  That's the policy for how
Debian packages are constructed, not user security policies.

I'm not at all sure what package this sort of bug belongs to, so I'm
reassigning it to network-manager-gnome, which should at least get it into
the general ballpark.  The network-manager maintainers should have a
better idea of where specifically it should go.
