Thanks Francesco.

As discussed on debian-legal, let's review this when the specification needs to
be updated.  For the moment, the most likely issue in line to trigger the
update would be to incorporate the Files-Excluded field proposed by Andreas
Tille, if it gains support, broader use and consensus.
