I like embedding the standard to which it complies in the name.  We may
end up with some other standard in the future, in which case we may want
another virtual package.

Nope, I think we're good.

We don't have a real formal policy for adding virtual package names, but
for the record I second this, and am happy to see others who have reviewed
it second it.  (Failing seconds, I'll probably make this change anyway for
the next release if there are no actual objections.)
