Dear Per,

I think that it is a good suggestion.  Perhaps you can go a bit further in
rewording the paragraph, which would still start with "Note that removals can
only be done for the unstable, experimental and stable distribution".  Also,
maybe you can include a link to the Debian wiki or transfer more information
from there if there is a consensus with the idea.
