  There were two phrasing issues:
1. The missing preposition.  http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=647645#12
   reports it was already fixed.
2. The other one refers to the paragraph with the reference to ASCII characters.  It 
   should be fixed when the wording of that paragraph will be finalized.  Therefore, 
   I think there is no need for another report.  I will retitle this report to 
   `More precise reference to ASCII characters'.
