My opinion also has not changed:  I think there are significant language
bugs in the current draft that should be fixed before this is ready to be
adopted as a standard.  Whether these are dealt with via the DEP process or
on debian-policy makes no difference to me, but I for one am not happy to
see this integrated into policy as-is.
