Bug#643935: Do not mention yada as package helper

Package: developers-reference
Version: 3.4.6
Severity: normal
Tags: patch

Yada seems unmaintained and has been recently orphaned, it shouldn't be
suggested as package helper at all.

Attached patch should solve this, by removing yada section.
