I'd rather see if it encourages parsers to error out in those cases
(Fail early, fail often). If something accepts them because they cannot
propagate the error properly that is no big problem. But if too many
allow them they will get used and there will definitly be code that has
problems because there is simply no way to test all those different
cases.
