I don't think saying that you don't have to try to remove the /var/games
directory on purge of a game is really an FHS exception, but I haven't
checked to see if that still does look like the right section or what
section it should be in.

I think this bug is just waiting on someone to have a chance to propose
wording.  Tagging accordingly.
