Hi Russ,

I have Perl (libbio-samtools-perl) package that has binaries made from a static
library (libbam-dev), but I never read anywhere that it has to be documented
with a Lintian override. Currently it is not and nobody complains about.

Where was announced the requirement from the FTP team ?
