Hi Russ,

Many of the above files are not listed in the chapter 5 of the Policy, which
defines the control files. In this chapter, they are all in the Debian email
header-like format. Maybe to avoid confusion either the chapter 5 could be
clarified, or the above group of files could be named differently ?
