Well, I think Raphael was also arguing that it would be nice for any
package that provides the virtual package to also provide that feature.
Although given that the one package that wants to provide that virtual
package in addition to the normal cron daemon doesn't support it, that
does seem like too strong of a requirement at the moment if we're going
forward with defining a virtual package.
