I've added references to the Breaks and Conflicts sections near the top
of that section.  I don't really want to add Breaks to the title; the
title is already long, it's not really covered in that section, and
Conflicts isn't in the title and is a similar situation.  Hopefully the
link will make it obvious where to go and it should also be highlighted.
