Well, of course the next section deals explicitly with
"Breaks". However, it might still be a good idea to ad some links from
places in 7.2 where "Breaks" is mentioned to 7.3, and maybe to add it to
the title, too.

Just to explain how I came to report this: When I want to read about
details of dependency declarations, I usually go to the first entry for
"depend" in the table of contents, which leads to "3.5 Dependencies" (of
binary packages). I know the information isn't there, but instead a link
to chapter 7 "Declaring relationships between packages", which is where
I want to go.  But this means that I just skim through this chapter, and
then I was confused to a) not find "Breaks" in the section title of 7.2,
but b) still find it highlighted in the text ("hightlighted" by the
typewriter typeface).
