No, it is not.

I know.  The bug was filed before I got Sven's response from
#227941.  Please, see my message afterwards to this report (#10.)

It is only documented in testing and sid. The document in stable doesn't
mention unarchive. Please, see message #10 in this report and bug
#509739.

I don't think so. I have retitled it so that it is more clear. If you
still don't understand with the new title what it is about, please, see
