Hello Debian policy lists, The new Homepage field is not documented, and neither is its value. We should mandate the format of its value somehow. According to current practice I propose we mandate Homepage: URI where URI is the URI of the upstream homepage for the software. The URI should not be enclosed between '<' '>'.
