Bug#164474: marked as done (please add hotkey, longtitle and kderemove to the menu policy)

kderemove is obsolete.  The other fields aren't currently a Menu Policy
issue.  The fields in a menu file are documented in the menu manual, and
currently the Menu Policy only covers the hierarchy.

This could change in the future if people want, but that would be a
separate, more general proposal.  This particular proposal is, I think,
misplaced.  Closing accordingly.
