Feel free.
Meanwhile, it may be worth noting that the programs in the blast2 and
ncbi-tools-bin packages are all non-interactive command-line
applications at heart, but built on top a framework that allows them to
request their options via a single dialog box when invoked suitably[1].
As such, I have given them all menu entries on principle, but could be
convinced to do otherwise.
[1] With NCBI's "Vibrant" GUI library preloaded; the libvibrant6
package contains a wrapper script that accomplishes this.
