suite is the Debian Archive Kit (katie) terminology, just like
'component' for main, contrib, non-free. This provides less clashes with
other terminology, like "distribution" meaning "Debian", and "section"
(as policy calls the components) is actually used for things like
'devel', 'utils', 'gnome' -- the Section: header in source and binary
packages (policy calls these subsections).
But then, the way to specify a suite in a .changes is by setting the
Distribution: header... It'd be good if there was more unification in
terminology, but lacking that, at least without programs/policy,
terminology should be internally consistent. So for now at least,
distribution in policy, suite in dak.
