Jean-Marc did good research to find a package that matches the
recommendation which: 
- has both spaces
- doesn't spell it home page
- has the : following homepage
- doesn't surround the address with <>
- doesn't use the "Author" pseudo-field that was also proposed in Dec.
  2002 but not kept in developers-reference.

This is wml package. :-)
