Various small typos in policy (in CVS & on WWW)

Hi,

it seems some small typos have made it into policy (in CVS and on WWW)
from a change ten months ago [1], adding section 5.6.3, `Uploaders':

* policy.sgml, lines 2405 et sqq. (realigned for email):
> List of the names and email addresses of co-maintaintainers of the
                                                      ^^^^
> package, if any. If the package has other maintainers beside the one
> named in the <qref id="f-Maintainer">Maintainer field</qref>, they
                                                                ^^^^
> their names and email addresses should be listed here.

Another typo introduced by a change five months ago [2], clarifying
section 8.1, `Run-time shared libraries', by adding footnote 41:

* policy.sgml, lines 4375 et sqq. (as above):
> Since it is common place to install several versions of a package that
> just provides shared libraries, it is a good idea that that the
                                                         ^^^^
> library package should not contain any extraneous non-versioned files

Furthermore introduced by a change 9 months ago [3], clarifying
section 12.3, `Additional documentation', by adding footnote 74
(this seems to be fixed in policy on WWW, but not in CVS?
checkout via web interface 2005-07-23 12:07 +0200):

* policy.sgml, lines 8384 et sqq. (as above):
> In practice, this means that the sources of the target and the
> destnation of the symlink must be the same
     ^^

Regards, Fabian
