..here we disagree, I believe the DPM should at the very least point to 
a resource and suggest a minimum standard, within the spirit of the
Debian ideals.

..let this serve as notice of service to potentially appeal to re-open
and stay #317359 pending the resolution of #317365 (or was it wise
versa? ;o))
