A trivial example would be

-----8<-----------------------8<-----
#! /usr/bin/env scheme-r5rs
(define (main args)
  (display "Hello, World!")
  (newline)
  0)
----->8----------------------->8-----

A more complex example using scheme-srfi-7 (requiring SRFI-8,
SRFI-23 and SRFI-37) is available at
http://people.debian.org/~forcer/debian-scheme-policy/sdd2debiandoc.scm
and was used to prepare the SGML policy document.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean with "testsuite" for this?
