The Policy repository is moving away from CVS
Hi,
There a re a couple of pieces of news: firstly, debian-policy
is no longer hosted on CVS.debian.org; it has instead moved to
http://arch.debian.org/arch/dbnpolicy/etch/. You can browse the
repository at
http://arch.debian.org/cgi-bin/archzoom.cgi/debian-policy@lists.debian.org--etch/debian-policy/?expand
as soon as the archzoom is configured with the new repo.
Additionally, my personal tree of the policy can be seen at
http://arch.debian.org/cgi-bin/archzoom.cgi/srivasta@debian.org--etch/debian-policy/?expand";>debian-policy
As other people with commit access bring their trees online, I am
sure other announcements shall follow.
This brings us to the other piece of news: Since Branden
Robinson quit his post as policy editor to move on to other things,
we have had a vacancy; I am glad to report Andreas Barth has taken up
the slack and shall be joining the team as an editor.
