Yes, being just back from holidays I see that the version 1.4 of the FLOSS Exception Licence made its way to the documentation at the mysql.com web site: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql/en/MySQL_FOSS_License_Exception.html As far as I understood the issues this bug can now be closed.
