I have no idea how many times i will have to explain this point. The
answer is NO. apache-ssl and apache-perl do not provide and will not
provide apache. It will break packages around and making the life
impossible for our users.
Nevertheless opening a serious bug for violating a wishlist bug against
policy is extremely unpolite, specially without even consulting the
maintainers.
