finger-server virtual package

Hi there!

I noticed that cfingerd Provides the virtual package "finger-server", even
though the virtual package names list[1] doesn't list it. I did a search
on Google for this, and I found a thread[2] about adding "finger-server",
where everyone involved seemed to be in favour of it.

I plan to package another finger daemon as part of my new maintainer
application process, and I was wondering if anyone knew what happened to
that. Should I just start the process to add another virtual package, or
is there some reason why it was decided to not create the virtual package?
