Yes, but the only thing against putting the n^th tag in debian control is that
it doesn't scale. Should we ever have the same need for files other
than rules, we'll have to include "yet another tag". This also force us to be
stick to control file format, while there is no need. Tags in debian/control are in
no case the same as those used in a debian/interface: you'll never need to
express alternatives or version-depends on an interface, leaving it to a
simple list.

To me, adding another tag would mean another patch, not a solution. The point
here is that our sources are becoming more complex each day. We cant go on
with patches for long.
