Yes, please apply the already approved stuff. policy has been unfrozen,
now...

I will send to this list before tomorrow a new prolicy proposal to account
for the transition from foo-rc.d to rc.d-foo (affects invoke-rc.d,
policy-rc.d and update-rc.d), as worked out during Debconf2.

There are other changes to the init script stuff to be done, but they are
all self-contained so I will send them one-at-a-time.
