Uh, surely it'd need to be: If you make "binary-arch" you need Build-Depends and Build-Depends-Arch If you make "binary-indep" you need Build-Depends and Build-Depends-Indep If you make "binary" you need all three Which means autobuilders would need to use Build-Depends-Arch not Build-Depends-Indep.
