Seth Arnold noticed (in a private mail to me) how this stuff in parenthesis
shouldn't be there (my mistake), because the plugins can be named
differently -- the file name makes no practical difference, and e.g. I'd
have to hack nessus-libraries to rename 12 *.nes files.

Since this correction wouldn't change the meaning of the proposal, please
remove that part when you apply the diff to Policy.
