No, if DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nostrip, then the value of
$(findstring nostrip,$(DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS) will be nostrip, and
ifeq (,nostrip) is false ... thus binaries won't be stripped. The
multiple negatives are a bit on the confusing side.
