Package: debian-policy
Version: 3.5.1.0
Severity: important

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1

debian-policy still recommends packaging-manual which was recently
removed because it is now part of debian-policy. Therefore,
debian-policy should either drop the recommendation, or should
include the dependency "provides packaging-manual".
