My $0.02, All bugs should endup in DBTS, for reasons others have stated. Communication between Debian maintainers and upstream ia a Good Thing[tm], atleast an introduction. If the upstream maintainer really wants all unfiltered debian bug reports the Debian maintainer's procmail can take care of this. Policy? -Jon
