Subject: dpkg documentation needs slight modification

Source: dpkg
Version: 1.4.0.5

I suggest a small change in
/usr/doc/dpkg/programmer.html/ch-conffiles.html:

When a package is installed for the first time <kbd>dpkg</kbd>
will install the file that comes with it, unless that would
mean overwriting a file already on the filesystem.<P>

I suggest that the previous line read something like this:

When a package installs a conffile for the first time ...

I suggest this change since a conffile may be added to a package at
any time, not just upon original installation.
