Wrong. Take as example that the potato debhelper installs docs into
/usr/share/doc, and the stable one to /usr/doc. Same for man pages...

...but may have other bugs (e.g. manpages in wrong location).

No, please stop this, let's compile stable packages on stable systems,
this is much more safe. There might be even other implications using
an unstable system we don't even imagine now.
