Large black blocks (large characeters?) sometimes appear
in the TeX Version of fsstnd-1.2 and they hide the page.
So I can't read such parts.

(a) We no longer use fsstnd.
(b) We don't try to find bugs in Windows software.
(c) Nothing's been heard on this bug report for 13 months from the
    submitter.
(d) There are some 'special's in the DVI file which may have been
    causing the problems.
(e) The PostScript/PDF version of a file is usually much more reliable
that the DVI version for this reason.

For all of these reasons, I'm closing this bug report.
