Should be possible to find it in the archives, then. I don't remember
any, and as the proposer, I've been watching pretty carefully. There
was one request to change "image viewers" to "file viewers", which was
accepted, maybe that's what you're thinking of?
I'm going to be away most of this weekend, till Tue, please don't let
the proposal die through indifference before I get back. :-)
