No, I don't assume that. The du files could be all kept in
packages.du.bz2 or there could be a package.du.bz2 for each
packjage. Since they are reasonable small ~70 KB for ALL of main,
downloading a packages.du.bz2 is quick. Compared to the big
Packages.gz you would hardy notice the small delay.
