dialout, dip, uucp groups.



 /dev/ttySx ought to be group owned by `dialout'.  The directories
 where the `uucp' programs need writes ought to be owned by a `uucp'
 user and group `uucp'.  The `uucp' user should be put into the
 `dialout' group.  Where does `dip' fit in?
