        I have not yet asked for seconds ;-). I think I want the
 policy group to chew this proposal out, and help me draft a more
 competent proposal. In this case, a brain storming session is likely
 to produce a better final proposal. 

        When we nail down some more details, I'll write it up more
 formally, and ask for seconds. We can then spend the discussion
 period polishing it up and dotting the i' and crossing the t's.

        Please, folks, your input is essential.
