Bug#37338: AMENDMENT] libtool `.la' files in `-dev' packages

Hmm.  Good point.  I'll check with the libtool folks about this.  One
of the libtool maintainers suggested the `-dev' packages would be the
right place to put them but I believe that you are correct if libltdl
needs them during run-time.
