Yes, each of the packages fails lintian see,
http://www.debian.org/lintian/reports/Tpackage-installs-into-etc-rc.boot.html.
On my slink system 'dpks -S /etc/rc.boot' gives
'setserial, hwtools, kbd, sysvinit: /etc/rc.boot'. So sysvinit is
still installing rc.boot as well, which is acceptable since it is not
banned but obsolete.
