The previous method was simply to let the admin configure for the proper MDA.
This was as simple as doing nothing to choose deliver, or adding
FEATURE(local_procmail) to the mc file. Actually, I think that there was
a period where that was the default set by sendmailconfig.

If that's the goal, then sensible-mda should be made a helluva lot smarter
and more configurable.
