Well, whatever, it still strikes me as very silly.  You're putting a
random unrelated individual (Joey) in charge of where the mail for the
apt package goes for no good reason; IIWM, I'd create an alias
somewhere (apt@debian.org?) or use the list address itself.  But as I
said, whatever.
