Re: lintian: symlinks from /usr/lib into /lib



Hi,

	It is not yet policy, no. But there was discussion on this
 list that seemed to suggest that top level directories are prime
 candidates for being mounted elsewhere, and that we should require
 symbolic links between top level directories to be absolute.

	Links within a top level directories should still be relative.

	Tis should catch most (perhaps 90%?) of the cases out there
 that would break, and shall be proposed in a policy document soon.
