Retitle it. I volunteer to go through the Policy manual and try
to figure out where it should use conffile, where it should use
configuration file, and what it should say about them.

However, I also am leaving soon for vacation, so if I don't get to it
this weekend, I'm unlikely to do it until January.

If somebody else feels like doing it sooner, please do - I won't be
offended ;-).
