Bug#27906: devel-ref maintainer's opinion on Binary-only NMU's

And the policy decision for the wait period isn't without good
reasons... If the maintainer is working on a new version and a
sourceful NMU takes away the sources under his feet, I'd be somewhat
angry, too :-) I understand the needs of both sides here, and don't
know a good way to solve this.

This is unquestioned. I also have good experiences with the majority
of Debian maintainers. Just to fight the impression that all
maintainers are lame...

This is the downside, these people also exist :-(
