Only iff "$1" is configure; you do *not* want to run ldconfig if the
postinst is called as abort-upgrade|abort-remove|abort-deconfigure, or
you can end up with all kinds of nastiness with .dpkg-tmp files as .so
links and in ld.so's cache and other fun stuff[1].
